Kathryn Watne and Noelle Newton both belonged to Art on Oak, an artist co-op in downtown Hood River, OR. When the co-op soap maker relocated, we saw an opportunity. Kathryn had made soap in the past under the name ‘She Who Washes’ so we decided to revive the business and started making soap again. All-natural soaps with essential oils, and clays, botanicals, and spices for color.
